We offer local delivery within Edmonton and surrounding areas, with all orders shipped from our Edmonton location. While we strive to provide an estimated delivery window, we cannot guarantee exact times, as daily schedules vary. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and if no one is available to receive the order, it will be left at the doorstep. Please plan accordingly, especially during hot weather, as we are not responsible for packages after delivery.

For apartment or condo buildings, please provide all necessary buzzer codes or access details. If we are unable to enter a building or if the address is incorrect, an additional delivery fee may apply.
